This unit (#1604) is the only pet-friendly condo (dogs only). You must choose the pet fee add on at checkout if you plan on bringing a pet. All the pet rules are in the rental agreement. 2 dog maximum.Â

PLEASE only 2 vehicles and one trailer per unit. Units come with 2 parking spots out front, a 2 car garage, and enough extra parking for one trailer 25' and under.
Most people use the garage for Side by sides, ATVs and Dirt bikes. We unfortunately no longer have overflow parking. Extra vehicles and trailers may not have a place to park.
Check-in is 4 pm, and check-out is at 11 am.

After turning west onto Salmon Harbor Drive from Highway 101, continue down Salmon Harbor Drive for approx. 1.5 miles, you will see the 8 units up on a hill (2 buildings). Drive up the paved driveway and park in front of your unit. (Unit number displayed on front door) You should receive instructions on how to get into your unit.
50% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 30 day(s) before arrival.

Stayed for a week. Very nice accommodations, everything you need is there. Easy dune access, close to the harbor, clean, and great views.
Stayed here for a week during New Years! Great location, easy dune access! 2nd year in a row & looking forward to 12/2024 stay as well. Making great memories with our kids in Oregon!
We stayed for 4 nights and this condo had everything we needed. The easy access to the dunes made it that much better, along with the big garage on the ground floor. AJ was super easy to work with and gave me all the help and answers I needed. We will definitely be staying here again!

As grandparents who wanted to see the grandkids have fun on the dunes this location was awesome to be so close to the campgrounds without camping. The Condo was beyond our expectations and quiet! Great view too! Lots of room for your dune toys if needed!
Been coming here for years, has all the amenities you need and awesome storage for your machines. Place is always clean, staff is great. I will be coming back here for many years to come.
We usually camp for winchester bay but this time we decided to get a condo instead due to the unpredictable weather. I have to say 5/5. The condo slept 8 comfortably and it was cozy. Having the garage for the quads was also a plus. I highly recommend and will stay again. We usually make a few trips to this area a year so the location is prime.
This was our 2nd stay at the Point Condominiums. It was perfect and A.J. was a great host. The unit was very spacious and clean. It also has the best dune access in Winchester Bay!
The Pointe Condos couldn't be any better. My family and I had a blast. AJ is bar-none the best. Super responsive, kind, even helped make a last-minute adjustment for us without hesitation. The condo is well stocked, appointed and in the absolute perfect location. This place is clean and feels like a vacation away. I highly recommend this place, though I should keep it a secret, so we have a better chance of booking!
