PLEASE only 2 vehicles and one trailer per unit. Units come with 2 parking spots out front, a 2 car garage, and enough extra parking for one trailer 25' and under.
Most people use the garage for Side by sides, ATVs and Dirt bikes. We unfortunately no longer have overflow parking. Extra vehicles and trailers may not have a place to park.
Check-in is 4 pm, and check-out is at 11 am.

After turning west onto Salmon Harbor Drive from Highway 101, continue down Salmon Harbor Drive for approx. 1.5 miles, you will see the 8 units up on a hill (2 buildings). Drive up the paved driveway and park in front of your unit. (Unit number displayed on front door) You should receive instructions on how to get into your unit.
50% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 30 day(s) before arrival.

Holidays are a 3 night minimum. If you choose to just stay 2 nights, you will be charged for 3.

Super nice and clean, love the dune access. Myself and a group of friends came down for a long weekend and had a blast. Lots of rooms, full kitchen. Would definitely do it again
First time here and we absolutely loved it! The option to ride out onto the Dunes and have a place to store our toys was the biggest perk! We will definitely be back :)
This was our first time staying at the condominium. It was a great experience. It is so convenient to get to the dunes as well as to the beach that is just across the street. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us who stayed in the unit. We will do it again!

We stayed at the pointe condominiums for a couple days last week to get a way from life for a bit and take our SXS to the dunes for the first time. AJ is a fantastic host and took great care of us while we were there. We would not hesitate to come back again. The condo was very clean and in great shape. There is plenty of space for a large group.
We loved our stay, everything was clean and bright. Lot's of room in the garage! The beds could use a bit more cushion and the pots and pans are old and hard to cook with so if you want to cook, you should consider bringing your own cookware. Other than that, we really enjoyed ourselves and will be staying again in the future!
We enjoyed our stay here. AJ is wonderful to work with. The access to dunes is wonderful and the condo is set up perfect for our family.
we just got back from a long weekend riding the dunes and this condo was perfect for our group. The access to the riding area is awesome! AJ made the reservation super smooth and communication with him was great when we needed it. We will be back for sure
