PLEASE only 2 vehicles and one trailer per unit. Units come with 2 parking spots out front, a 2 car garage, and enough extra parking for one trailer 25' and under.
Most people use the garage for Side by sides, ATVs and Dirt bikes.

After turning west onto Salmon Harbor Drive from Highway 101, continue down Salmon Harbor Drive for approx. 1.5 miles, you will see the 8 units up on a hill (2 buildings). Drive up the paved driveway and park in front of your unit. (Unit number displayed on door) You should receive instructions on how to get into your unit.

Great place to stay
This is an amazing place to stay and has so much room. AJ is awesome.
Dune trip
You can not beat this dune access, period. AJ has always been awesome and attentive. Great host. I’ve rented multiple units 4-5 times over the years with friends. Will continue to do so. Highly recommend.
Great location and stay (1614)
Had a wonderful time here, parking is a little tight but I was able to fit a tundra in the garage next to my SXS. Instant access to the sand, ample hot water and AJ kept me updated via text before arriving. Will be back!

Windy Bay pays off
I booked our trip for a bachelor party and it worked out awesome perfect trip 👌 we played golf at Coos bay golf course Willy was an absolute living legend book a tee time you'll never forget with him! Dune access from your garage with plenty of parking for quads we had 9 and a sxs in ours great time overall with a great price AJ is the man book a great memory!
Great location for dune access
Our adult kids and their friends love this condo. We came for my sons 21st. I found that the condo was lacking knives for cooking but had steak knives. Also, the little ants were everywhere, even in the silverware drawers. Yuck!!! Outside of that, very clean and we had a great time!
Amazing spot
Great Condo. Stayed with my friends and my kids (other friends stayed next door). Super nice set up. Garages were huge. Plenty of room. Both a coffee pot and a Kurig. Had everything we needed and super close to riding. Perfect spot. Communication was awesome. Any questions were answered quickly and super friendly

In general this is a great place to stay. A few things to point out that could be improved upon: The linens on the beds were very thin. Just a sheet and a very thin blanket. There were hookups but there was no washer or dryer. The kitchen faucet handle was very loose and difficult to properly turn on and off and the hot and cold were reversed. When notified, the manager just simply said “sorry for the inconvenience“ and never offered to come by and fix it while we were there. like I say other than those things it was a nice place to stay with a very spacious garage where you can access to dunes straight out your front door.
Sun, Sand, Family and Dunes
We have been coming to Winchester Bay for over 20 years and staying at The Pointe Condominiums has made this family vacation spot perfect! Lots of space, well kept, family oriented, plenty of room for the toys! Ride directly from the condo to the dunes! We will stay here again and again!
Perfect Setup
We loved this condo because it can't get any closer to the dunes and it is clean, well organized, comfortable and perfect for our group. We will definitely book it again!
