PLEASE only 2 vehicles and one trailer per unit. Units come with 2 parking spots out front, a 2 car garage, and enough extra parking for one trailer 25' and under.

Most people use the garage for Side by sides, ATVs and Dirt bikes.

Check-in is 4 pm, and check-out is at 11 am.

Drive up the paved driveway and park in front of your unit. (Unit number displayed on front door) You should receive instructions on how to get into your unit.

Dunes Trip

I’ve been staying at these condominiums for the last 15 or 20 years whenever it was first constructed. If you’re looking for a family outing on the dunes and would like the most convenient direct access with full amenities, multiple local beaches, fishing, crabbing within walking or biking distance to restaurants and bars, and the sand dunes. This is the best spot in Olive, Oregon. I have been to Florence dunes, Coos Bay dunes, Glamis and Saint Anthony’s along with others. This is the absolute best doing experience that you will have in your life, and this is the best location. The condos are well-maintained. The management is responsive and courteous. The rooms are all clean. They have towels and plates and silverware. Just bring food. There is a corner market with basic essentials, cold beer s’mores all the typical small grocery store items. This unit has a two car garage with extra room in the back for storage, quads, or other items. I was surprised to see they had a Traeger barbecue and it was full of pellets and they had a refrigerator in the garage and the main one in the unit. The master suite is gigantic there are multiple balconies with amazing views. Book the condo before it’s too late you won’t regret it.

Dune Access!

We loved our stay at this condo. It had all the amenities we needed and the direct access to the dunes was an incredible feature. The garage housed our 4 ATV's and a SxS with plenty of room to spare. We stayed during Dunefest so it did get pretty loud at times, but that is to be expected during a festival like that. We had our 12 year old and 1 year old with us and it was perfect for our family. We will definitely be back!

The condo is in good shape with great access to dunes with huge garage for toys. We enjoyed our stay but wished it had a little more upgrade for couches and TV sizes to watch football after riding, overall great place

Nice Condo and Trailer Parking

Condo was as advertised and was plenty of space for 8 of us. It was clean and everything worked great. Garage is huge and handled a car and 6 quads with room to spare. Tip: While each bed is made up, if you want extra blankets or pillows, bring them with you.

Condo great Parking horrible

The condo itself was amazing, the parking was absolutely horrible though, until a better option for parking is there only three stars. Parking was only terrible if you were bringing any sort of a trailer with you.
