PLEASE only 2 vehicles and one trailer per unit. Units come with 2 parking spots out front, a 2 car garage, and enough extra parking for one trailer 25' and under.

Most people use the garage for Side by sides, ATVs and Dirt bikes.

Check-in is 4 pm, and check-out is at 11 am.

After a sharp left turn next to the beach you will see the 8 units up on a hill(2 buildings). Drive up the paved driveway and park in front of your unit. (Unit number displayed on front door)

Condo 1610

Fantastic stay! The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. The best part was the direct dune access perfect for riding and exploring without any hassle. Definitely recommend and would love to come back!

Dune Access!

We recently spent 6 nights in this beautiful location and it was more than we could have asked for. The huge garage and the ability to ride directly from the condo to the dunes is a huge advantage. There was plenty of room for our group of 6. We loved cooking meals in the fully equipped kitchen. The manager was always available if we had any questions. We will definitely be back!

Short trip to the dunes

Our group have been coming to the dunes for the past 4 years. Typically we go in the spring for a week and we all camp in our toy haulers. This year we wanted to make a second, shorter trip and with it being an 8hr drive for us, renting a condo just made more sense for two days of riding. It was an AWESOME alterative! Very comfortable compared to staying in a 5th wheel. The garage was large and secure to keep the quads in and the access to the dunes couldn't be any closer. Price wise it was very affordable because we split it four ways instead of us all getting our own campsites. We will be planning the same arraignments next year for sure! If only we lived closer!!!

Great location!

This is our second year in a row coming here. We love the location and being able to ride 50 feet from the garage to the dunes. Haven't found a better setup anywhere!

Favorite family stay

We loved this condo, we have stayed in 2 others previously and this is so far our favorite. Clean, comfortable. When I was looking through the pictures I was looking at the beds and I was looking at the beds, table and couches. The beds were overall fairly comfortable, couches in the condo were newer than pictured and the table worked well for our meal times. We appreciated the good cooking utensils and plenty of towels supplied washing kiddos in the bath upstairs worked great. Only thing I think that is missing is the ability to put up a baby gate, this would be fantastic for people like us with a 1 yr old and fears of them falling down the stairs/ wanting to climb the stairs non-stop. Aside from that 10/10! And we will be looking to make it an annual trip!
