PLEASE only 2 vehicles and one trailer per unit. Units come with 2 parking spots out front, a 2 car garage, and enough extra parking for one trailer 25' and under.
Most people use the garage for Side by sides, ATVs and Dirt bikes.

After turning onto Salmon Harbor drive from highway 101, continue down Salmon harbor for approx. 1.5 miles. After a sharp left turn next to the beach you will see the 8 units up on a hill(2 buildings). Drive up the paved driveway and park in front of your unit. (Unit number displayed on front door)

Stayed here this past weekend. This place was amazing. Clean and cozy with a great location. No issues at all. Will definitely be staying again.
Great place to stay
The condo was well kept, and the kitchen was stocked with everything you may need. AJ was great to work with and very accommodating. Trailer parking can be difficult with a large trailer.

Just got done staying for 4 days. Condo worked out perfect for all of us. The garage is great at keeping your toys safe and secure at night. Everything was great. The wifi was spotty, but that's miniscule.

Great place. Very comfortable. Clean and well stocked. Our bed could have been a little better but that’s about our only complaint. Great location for dune access. The garage was huge and clean. We felt right at home.

Love Staying Here
This is our third year staying at Point Condos during Dunes Fest. It's the best place to stay, with plenty of room for us and our ORVs. Right on the sand, makes heading out to ride so convienient.

We always love coming here. Wonderful condos, they have everything we need to have a great vacation. We bring our kids, and grandparents and enjoy the family time in the dunes together. Highly recommend!!
Dune access
Right on the Dunes and the Bay- take your pick. Plenty of space and bedrooms for the ATV gang. Garages for toys & equipment. Open floor plan, spacious kitchen with granite countertops too.
