All prepaid payments are non-refundable. The first night is due at time of booking, the rest is due 1 week before check-in, your card will be run automatically. (excluding holidays).
PLEASE only 2 vehicles and one trailer per unit. Units come with 2 parking spots out front, a 2 car garage, and enough extra parking for one trailer 25' and under.
Most people use the garage for Side by sides, ATVs and Dirt bikes.
Check-in is 4 pm, and check-out is at 11 am.

After turning onto Salmon Harbor drive from highway 101, continue down Salmon harbor for approx. 1.5 miles. After a sharp left turn next to the beach you will see the 8 units up on a hill(2 buildings). Drive up the paved driveway and park in front of your unit. (Unit number displayed on front door)

These condos are amazing. We had everything that we needed, and condos were absolutely perfect. More than enough room for my husband, my brother and his wife and our children. Will continue to book and stay here. Best dune rental we've found in the 4 years we've been going.

Great experience, as always. We have been coming to area fir naby years. Condos are always furst choice. Condo had great amenities for our group with ciuples in 60s, 30s abd kids. Beautiful view and AJ is always helpful and so familiar with area to abswer questions.
Condo 1606
This was recommended by another friend and was so convenient as we had family staying in the RV park next door. The beds were super comfortable with extra linens and blankets. The kitchen was fully stocked with pans and dishes which was super appreciated for meal prep. Everything was just perfect! We would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed in multiple Condos here and every one of them have been top notch. You won't find a better place to stay in the area. AJ is awesome to work with and we will be back soon. I highly recommend this condo!!!

Great place to stay and play. Loved how well kept and clean this condo is the extra room in the back of the garage was awesome.We are booking same unit now for next New Year.
