A hassle-free, home away from home. Stocked with all the amenities, so when you stay, you are not leaving your home, you are returning to it. Featuring three stories, the Pointe Condominiums have a first story entry, with a 2 car garage and shop space. For your car, truck, ATV, UTV, boat, or whatever your hobby requires. Up the entry stairs is the second story, featuring a full functioning kitchen with dining room, living room, two bedrooms, and a luxurious bathroom with tile shower. Up the living room stairs is the third-story master bedroom suite. The master bathroom features a shower, dual vanities, a walk-in closet, and a relaxing jetted tub. And to complete the suite is the master balcony, with breathtaking oceanfront views, and the sand dunes, all right at your doorstep. We have direct dune access to some of the largest dunes on the west coast, a sand paradise to off-road enthusiasts. And within walking distance of crabbing, fishing, and beaches, the Pointe Condominiums is surrounded by all the beautiful Oregon coast has to offer. There are whales to watch, nearby hiking and lakes, and the lighthouse right up the hill to ensure a memorable experience.

 

Sorry, NO PETS ALLOWED. We have only one unit that is pet-friendly (Unit #1604) with a required pet fee.

   All condos include dishes, cutlery, linens, towels, soaps, and toiletries for eight people. 

A top floor master, and soundproofing in the walls allow for serenity even with the whole family. 

With the ocean to the west and the lighthouse to the east beautiful views can be found on all three balconies.

All rentals have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and comfortably sleep eight. Large island style kitchen and connecting living room create a gathering place for everyone.

Please only bring one trailer, we no longer have overflow parking across the street. We do have an overflow lot 1 mile away in Winchester bay by Ridin dirty atv rentals. 

Normal nightly rate is $375(2-night minimum), 

Holiday rate is $425 a night (3-night minimum).

                                      Winter Rate is $335 a night,(November 1st- March 1st).                                          

   Check-in Is 4 pm, and check-out is at 11 am.
